The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the medina, within walking distance to restaurants near the blue gate, the al-Qarawiyyin mosque, and other attractions in Old Town. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and beautiful views from the rooftop. The staff is welcoming and helpful, providing excellent service such as serving Moroccan mint tea upon arrival. Breakfast is good, although it would be nice to have more variety.
The common areas could benefit from having heating.
